BSNL re-launches Penta tablet with Android 4.0

Noida based Pantel Technologies, which tied up with BSNL to sell its tablets, has launched an upgraded version of 8-inch 3G tablet, and called the Penta T-Pad WS802C. The tablet was earlier available with Android Honeycomb in March this year. The tablet is sold co-branded with BSNL, which is offering a 3G data plan of 2 GB with 60 days validity, along with the Penta T-Pad.

The new upgraded BSNL Penta T-Pad WS802C runs on Android 4.0 or Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. The tablet features an 8-inch capacitive touch screen and is powered by a 1.2 GHz processor and 512 MB DDRII RAM. The tablet supports 1080P HD videos via HDMI. BSNL WS802C Penta T-Pad comes with a built-in GPS, 3G SIM slot and Wi-Fi option. WS802C Penta T-Pad is priced at Rs 14,699.
