LG Optimus L3 has a 3.2-inch touch screen with a 3 MP camera and Android 2.3 Ice Cream Sandwich. LG is planning to announce an entry level Optimus series Smartphone - Optimus L3 E400, at the Mobile World Congress 2012 in February.

This Optimus L3 Smartphone features a 3.2-inch touch screen display and 3 megapixel camera. LG is expected to launch Optimus L3 in Europe for 145 Euros (Rs 9,440 approximately). LG is also expected to announce the Optimus 3D successor at the event.

Stubby and block design bearing Optimus L3 E400 features a 3.2-inch touch screen display supporting 320x240 pixel resolution. We expect it to be a capacitive touch screen.

There are no details about the processor but we can fairly assume it to be clocked at 650 MHz or 800 MHz mostly. At the back lies a 3 megapixel camera to click decent quality photos and micro SD card slot to add up to 32 GB memory card. Physically, the Smartphone resembles Nokia Lumia 800 from front and bit of HTC Hero from the rear side. Considering the price, this LG Smartphone would be slotted under the Rs 10,000 bracket.
